The ULTRAPrep® Genomic DNA Kits for tissues provide an easy, safe and reliable method for the isolation of pure genomic DNA from a variety of sample sources including frozen or fresh animal tissues and cells, yeasts or bacteria.

The kit contains all buffers and reagents for the preparation of lysates and DNA isolation from any tissue. After a short on column RNase treatment highley concentrated DNA preparation can be obtained, which are ready for any downstream application.
