Total-RNA isolation from human and animal tissue !

The ULTRAPrep® Total-RNA Tissue Kits for human and animal tissue provide a cheap, easy, safe and reliable method for the isolation of exceptional RNA quality.

With this kit sliced tissue samples are homogenized in chaotropic lysis buffer, e.g. by a high speed blender. This efficiently avoids RNA degradation in the lysate. Solid residues are removd by centrifugation and binding buffer is added to the supernatant containing the nucleic acids. High purity total RNA is eluted, using the fast and simple Bind-Wash-Elute procedure, that includes on-column DNA digestion. The RNA elutes as a concentrated solution, directly usable for downstream applications.

Quick procedure (50 min.) combined with simple handling, only a few purification steps fpr stable RNA preps. Cost saving because RNase-free DNase I is included in the kit. !
